suspended from a loop suspension partially enameled
which was established in November 1943 near Krakow (modern day Poland) as part of the Estonian Legion

A Regimental Bugle, C.1940 Newly Listed Annie Cowan of SaskatoonFabricated from brass, the mouthpiece independent of the receiver on the mouthpipe, with a copper wire wrapped around the neck of the mouthpiece and forming a loop that houses a ten link brass chain. There is a 30 mm (w) x 44. 5 mm (h) white metal badge soldered in place to the top of the bell tube, the badge illustrating the crowned Polish eagle within a shield, with a ribbon banner below inscribed "POLAND".
