Fabricated from a very thick leather with a smooth finished black upper and a smooth finished mid-tone brown underside
It was conferred by the Stowarzyszenie Polskich Bylych Wiezniow Politycznych (Former Polish Political Prisoners' Association) at the recommendation of the decoration's Chapter
