A 1938 Holzmann Construction Crew Employee Badge United Republic of Two Miniature British Awards -Constructed of zink; the obverse depicting a steel helmet superimposed onto a showel and pick axed, circumscribed Der Arbeit Zur Ehr, Der Heimat zur Wehr (German To honour labour for the defense of the home); the reverse dated 1938 and depicting the logo of the Phillip Holzmann construction company; measuring 36. 13 mm in diameter; weighing 16. 1 grams; in overall very fine condition.
