Ruby red in colour, intense olfactory profile, jammy red and black fruit, dried flowers, enriched by aromatic herbs and sweet spices. Thanks to its tannic structure, this Sangiovese goes perfectly with elaborate stews, such as peposo and game meat, roasted or grilled.
