70's Butterscotch Ruffled Evening Dress rare promo collector An adorable cotton shirt dress1970's ruffled evening gown. Fabric is a doubled crepe polyester in a dark butterscotch color. Sleeveless wrap, floor length in the back with the shorter front length. Inside has the tie strings for security and a single outside hook and loop. Original belt is missing. Belt shown will not be included. Also there is a ruffle trimmed shaw. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. No labels as it might be expertly hand tailored. As for the
