80’s 90’s Green Stirrup Pants Leggings by ID Essentials funky print top waist 27-36" (elastic)Stirrup pants in emerald green. size med large thick waistband with soft pleating slit pockets. cotton jersey fabric is light medium weight. stretchy fabric. waist is 26 in relaxed state but can stretch up to 30 comfortably. I think these are meant to be a little relaxed about hips but they fit up to 46 with pants relaxed. Total length relaxed measuring on side is 44 from waistband to band under foot. fabric surface good not pilled or fuzzy. light
